• How oftern does a commercial pool need to be serviced and inspected?
  Unlike residential pools, commercial pools experience significantly higher bather loads and are subject to strict public health regulations. For most commercial facilities — hotels, condominiums, gyms, and recreation centers — we recommend a minimum of three to five service visits per week, with daily chemical monitoring for high-traffic pools such as those at resorts or aquatic centers.
  
  Each visit includes water testing and chemical balancing, surface skimming, vacuuming, filter checks, and equipment inspection. Formal safety inspections are conducted monthly to ensure full compliance with local health department requirements and to identify any structural or mechanical issues before they become hazards.
• What health and safety regulations must a commercial pool comply with?
  Commercial pools are held to far stricter standards than residential pools. They must comply with state and local health department codes, which govern water chemistry levels, maximum bather capacity, drain cover safety (Virginia Graeme Baker Act), required signage, lifeguard requirements, first-aid equipment, and regular inspection logs.
